Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Write to us within 7 days of delivery. The saree must be unworn, unwashed and carry its original tags. We will send a pickup or share a return address.

Refunds

Processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of the saree reaching us and passing inspection. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges

Happy to exchange for any other piece of equal or higher value, once per order.

What we cannot take back

Made-to-order and customised sarees, and any textile that has been hand washed or cleaned by a method other than dry cleaning.

Weave irregularities

Slubs, minor irregularities and small colour variations are inherent to handloom cloth and are not defects. Genuine damage in transit is replaced or refunded in full — send us photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
