Shipping Policy

Within India

Free insured shipping on orders above ₹5,000. Below that, a flat ₹150. In-stock pieces are dispatched within 8 to 10 working days and delivered in a further 2 to 5.

International

Quoted at checkout by destination. Customs duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email and WhatsApp the day your parcel leaves the studio.

Made to order

Pieces marked off the loom are woven to order and take 10 to 12 weeks. We will confirm the timeline in writing before we begin.
