Kadwa means each motif is woven in on its own rather than carried across the back of the cloth, so there are no floats to cut and the reverse is nearly as clean as the front. On pure katan silk, at this density, a single saree occupies a loom for months. Our flagship weave.

Dry clean only. Store folded in a muslin wrap, away from direct sunlight and damp. Air the saree every few months and refold along a different line so the zari does not crease in one place. Please note we cannot stand behind textiles that have been hand washed or cleaned by any method other than dry cleaning.
